1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the hawkbet website located at hawkbet.app, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.

By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines; and (c) you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Platform.

hawkbet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the hawkbet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations applicable to casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing any bet or wager.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by hawkbet or any regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of hawkbet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have had a previous hawkbet account that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

hawkbet reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to meet or maintain these requirements. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the hawkbet Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. hawkbet employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hawkbet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. hawkbet is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify hawkbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. hawkbet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KY C)

hawkbet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any time hawkbet deems necessary:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by hawkbet may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

hawkbet accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. hawkbet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. hawkbet does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made from unverified or third-party accounts may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. hawkbet targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

hawkbet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for up to seventy-two (72) hours. Players will be notified via their registered email address if additional documentation is required.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the hawkbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). hawkbet is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

hawkbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• hawkbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the exploitation of system errors, will be forfeited and the associated account may be permanently closed.
• hawkbet's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the hawkbet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules. hawkbet reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances where hawkbet reasonably suspects fraudulent activity.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on hawkbet cover events including but not limited to PBA (Philippine Basketball Association), NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, and other sporting events. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the commencement of an event. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are locked in, except where a bet is voided in accordance with these Terms.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games on the hawkbet Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained dealers in licensed studio environments. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel. hawkbet does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error that results in an incorrect price, payout, or game outcome being displayed, hawkbet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. hawkbet's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of the original stake.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hawkbet Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that abuse promotional offers
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hawkbet staff or other players
• Allowing a third party to access or use your account

8 Responsible Gaming

hawkbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

8.1 Player Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered hawkbet players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the hawkbet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of hawkbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform; (b) modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; (c) use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform; or (d) use the hawkbet name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hawkbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

hawkbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hawkbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hawkbet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. hawkbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

hawkbet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hawkbet implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and hawkbet cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

12 Amendments to These Terms

hawkbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hawkbet will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Terms will take effect fourteen (14) days after notification, or immediately in cases where changes are required by law or to address security concerns.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting hawkbet's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or account decisions, hawkbet's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any external escalation. hawkbet will respond to all formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days.
